Lisa Quinn-Schofield is based in Perth, Western Australia & is the face behind FEATHERHORSE. (@featherhorse_).
Lisa has worked extensively styling homes for magazines for some of Perth’s leading Interior designers, builders and architects.
Lisa spent 3 years studying fine arts at Claremont Tafe - School of Art & Design graduating in 1998 and went on to complete her degree of Fine Arts at Curtin University - majoring in PAINTING & minoring in Sculpture & Drawing. Lisa has completed many commissioned artworks over the years for residential clients, businesses and also for a leading designer furniture retailer. She also has worked on murals for commercial spaces.
After completing her art studies Lisa worked full time as head fashion designer for a surf company designing the ladies clothing, accessories & graphics which was distributed Australia wide and to many countries around the world. Lisa also worked closely with the manufacturers, production, design of catalogues, photo shoots & sales. Lisa worked with this company until she and her husband Trent decided to start a family. They live together with their two daughters & their dog Bowie.
Lisa went on to do further studies in Interior Styling & Decorating & launched FEATHERHORSE studio in 2012. Lisa had a vision of creating a unique brand incorporating her creative skills and offering a service that was unique combining her love of art, styling & interiors.
The beach, the bush, nature, natural materials & all of Australia’s landscapes is what Lisa is instinctively drawn to.
